After purchasing an item, customers agree upon the returns policy and have up to 7 days to return their item in the original state it was sent in, the return postage cost will be liable to the buyer to pay for. Once item is received, it will be checked by our complaints team and refund will be processed within 3 working days if all in order.

If for any reason the item is not in original state, the customer will receive a partial refund depending on the value of the item which our complaints team will agree upon with the customer. 

We do not take responsibility for any delivery damage, however insurance on items may be available at an extra cost which the customer will have to add on to their postage cost from their preferred courier.
